摘要:2007年,国务院公布了《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》和《职工带薪休假条例》,对国家法定节假日进行了调整.新休假制度改变了人们的余暇时间,引发旅游需求结构和消费结构的变动.本文在新休假制度实施的背景下,在分析旅行社产品概念、主要特征的基础上,阐明了新休假制度对旅行社产品开发的影响,提出了新休假制度下旅行社产品开发与创新的思路.

Summary:In the year2007,the Sate Council of People's Republic of China published the《The clause of national yearly vacation and annual vacation》 and《The clause of payed employee's vacation》,and made some adjustments toward the national legal vacation.The new institution has changed the leisure time in people's daily life,making the structure of travel's demand and consumption changed.As the new institution of vacation is actualized,this article put forward the travel agency's service and the new thought of innovation which was according to the new institution of vacation,and spell out how the new institution of vacation affect the exploitation of the new travel agency's service,with the analysis of the concept and characters about the travel agency's service.

abstract: The State Department published <> and <>,which adjusted the Public
Holiday .New Vacation System changed people's spare time,and also changed the structure of tourism demand and the structure of consumption.This article explained the influence of the new Vacation System on the development of the products for travel agencies and proposes the development of the products and new idea under the new Vavation System by analysing the conception and the main features of products under the background to the new Vacation System.
