Please immediate instruct your bankers to send a tested swift
message to their corresponding bank in Karachi (Pakistan) to
issue a Bid Bond for 2% of the total bid value in shape of a
Bank Guarantee as per format given in the tender document.
Please also instruct the bank in Karachi to deliver the bid bond
to M/s.MESCO,Karachi (Pakistan) Phones:021-32620909/32623579
or my cell phone No.0345-2090926,before March 29,2011.
Please send us a copy of the tested swift message sent by your bankers
to their corresponding bank in Karachi (Pakistan) for our information and
collect the same from them.

投标是有保证金的,2%也合理,但是单从上面的文字无法判断该项目的真伪,应该还有其他资料,就是文中提到的发标文件,包括这个投标项目从哪里来的,是政府项目还是私人公司项目等等.上述文字只是告诉你怎样办理保证金事宜,况且这2%现在也没有要求汇出现金,只是要求银行担保,所以判断真伪的关键不在这个Bid Bond,而是去确认是否真有这么个投标项目
