钩.当然工作性质的改变不会影响我对工作的态度.

I'm pleased to get such a positive recognition on my work from you,and I'll try all my best to do an even better job for sure.
However,along with those changes in my scope of work,there's no related adjustment in my C&B (Compensation & Benefits).To my knowledge,I believe that one should be paid based on his working level and performance,still any changes in my work role will never change my attitude towards work.
Anyway,here's just some personal view as above-mentioned,especially when it comes after a day of exhausting working...
其实不到万不得已不推荐你这样说,最好当面坐下来好好的谈一谈,跟老板讲价永远要万分小心,要有适当的迂回,相信我,尤其是最后一句实在不可取,想求得老板的100%理解是不可能的,只会让他/她产生反感.

I am very pleased to have your positive appraisal on what I have done and at the meanwhile I would like also to do my work better here. Without no doubt, I will endeavor to fulfill all the assignment to the best of my abilities.
Nevertheless, my salary and package haven't been readjusted in line with the changes of my job specifications and responsibilities, which I think should accord with each other. Well, the changes of my job won't have a negative impact on my working attitudes.
Whatever, this is my personal thoughts, particularly in the time of being exhausted after huge work.

Nevertheless, I think(不加i think我觉得太唐突） my salary is not even to my job involvement and it doesn't match to the properties of my job which should've been even and matched. However, the changes of my work's nature won't affect my working attitude.
No matter what, this is just my personal opinion.And it comes to my mind espcially after I'm exhausted by working.
