竹叶提取物对生物代谢指标影响的研究
本论文采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法从毛竹叶中提取挥发性化合物,采用GC-MS联用技术确定主要功效组分为叶醇,对不同溶剂延迟时间对实验结果的影响进行了探讨.并通过建立高糖脂ICR小鼠的方法,研究了叶醇对生物代谢指标的影响.实验结果表明:叶醇能使高脂高糖小鼠的GLU、TC、TG、LDL-C及动脉硬化指数(AI)明显降低,HDL-C显著升高,并有一定的量效关系.其中,高剂量组血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量显著降低,同时高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著升高,达到了对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠的治疗作用,可认为是叶醇药物组的最优剂量组.
The Study of Effects of Bamboo Leaves Extract on the Biological Metabolic Parameters
The paper adopted steam distillation extraction to extract volatile compounds from bamboo leaves,used GC-MS hyphenated technique to determine that the main effect component is phytol,and discussed the influence of delay time of different solvent on experimental results.Through the method of establishing the ICR mice with high lipid,it studied the effects of phytol on biological metabolic parameters.The results showed that:phytol can make the GLU,TC,TG,LDL-C and atherogenic index (AI) of high fat and sugar mice lower significantly,make the HDL-C increased significantly,and there was a certain dose-effect relationship.Among them,the high dose blood glucose,triglycerides,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol content were significantly decreased,while the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content was increased significantly,reaching the therapeutic effect for the II diabetic mice,it can be considered as the optimal dose of phytol drug group.

A kind of method which extract volatile compounds from bamboo leaves using steam distillation extraction is discussed in this paper.The main effect components is determined by GC-MS hyphenated technique is leaf alcohol.The influence of delay time of different solvent on experimental results is discussed.Through the method of establishing the ICR mice with high glycolipids,the effects of leaf alcohol on biological metabolic indices is studied.A conclusion can be draw from the results:leaf alcohol can reduce the GLU,TC,TG,LDL-C and arterial hardness indices (AI) of high glycolipids mice remarkably and increase the HDL-C significantly and have a certain response relationship.Among them,the content of high dose group of blood sugar,triglycerides,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol are significantly decreased.Meanwhile the content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol is increased significantly,achieving the therapeutic effect for the II diabetic mice.It can be considered as the optimal dose of leaf alcohol drug group.
