根据里面对seem用法的剖析,4楼的说法其实是有道理的,但是虽然"英语发展了",但是seem+to be+adj.的用法还是存在的.
至于3楼,本来我同意你的观点,但是单从时态上来说似乎站不住脚啊...如I seemed to hear a voice in the distance.
