2.The treaty does not address what Europe is all concerned about which is tactical nuclear warheads,which Russia has more than the United States.which引导的这2个从句是什么从句,先行词是什么?concerned about后面加上逗号与不加有什么区别?
3.Almost every single’s former secretary of defense and national security advisors.single不就可以修饰名词吗,为什么要加’s?
4.By passing this treaty,we can begin to move on to the negotiation on tactical nuclear warheads.为什么不用move to而用move on to?
