My city
I live in Zabei town of Shanghai,the biggest city in China.The town is very beautiful .There are many flowers,such as roses ,tulips in the street.In the centre of the town ,there is a square,where many old people do exercises everyday.On the right of the square,there is a supermarket,which is full of people all the time.At the back of the square,there is a bookstore.I often go there to buy books.The post office is next to the bookstore.And my school is between the post office and my home.

Life in a small village is preferable to life in a city. A village is quiet and clean; there are no problems of overpopulation, noise, or air pollution, Your life is peaceful, independent, and happy as you walk along the cobbled road, talk with friends and enjoy the fresh smells. Your neighbors work together and live like brothers and sisters.
However, a city is a chaotic and filthy place, the noise of traffic, the crowded streets and the terrible pollution from industry make life unpleasant. Life in the city is fast-paced, regulated by others and isolated; you cannot walk alone in the evening for fear of being harmed by strangers, and even your neighbors regard you with distrust. For these reasons, I prefer to live in the village.
