As your good self are well aware that when your esteemed vessel MV ARCTIC TRADER was docked in Daishan Haizhou shipyard(located in Zhoushan,China)last Nov/Dec,our company do some safety service (details pls refer to attached document) on AM vessel which requested from your side.The work was well done/approved by class,also the invoice was agreed/signed which pls kindly find out the attached files for your good reference.
The invoice was already overdue since 10th Jan 2009 (one month after vessel's departure).Hence we strongly request you and your company to make remitmence in due course otherwise we would be forced to take necessary legal steps in order to search for settlement.
Anyway,pls urge your company/Finance.Dept to remit and let us know when we could expect the money?
