We appreciate your efforts in distributing our bicycles. Unfortunately, it's hard to accept your requirements that documentary against acceptance in 60 days. Usually, we agree with L/C at sight.
But according to the speeding the sale in your local market, we plan to accept D/C at sight for tendance.

We have received your letter dated December 20 and learnt about that your company intended to promote our bicycles in your country, we are very interested in this.
First of all, we appreciate your effort in promoting our bicycles; but it is so hard for us to accept your requirement of documentary against acceptance 60 days after sight. Our general practice is to pay by sight LC.
However, in order to promote the sales of our bicycle in your market, we have decided to accept the payment method of documents against payment at sight.
