摘要:薪酬激励问题,是吸引、激励、发挥人才优势的核心,也是形成企业核心竞争力、持续发展不可或缺的重要因素.因此,在市场经济下建立有效的薪酬激励机制是民营企业提升综合竞争力、做大做强的重要环节.改革开放30多年来,我国对企业薪酬问题不断进行探讨,在理论和实践上形成了具有中国特色薪酬体制机制,但在社会转型、企业改制过程中,也出现了民营企业在构建薪酬激励体系方面理论上和实践上的不足和缺陷,造成民营企业因薪酬配置不合理、不公平,从而导致员工动力不足、企业效益低下、竞争力较弱、发展后劲不强,甚至造成民营企业倒闭.因此,研究民营企业薪酬激励机制的构建问题和创新既具有理论价值也具有现实意义.

Pay incentive problems,the core is to attract,motivate and develop talent advantage,but also the formation of core competitiveness of enterprises,sustainable development indispensable factor.Therefore,the effective pay incentive mechanism established under the market economy is an important part to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of private enterprises bigger and stronger.Than 30 years of reform and opening up,China's corporate salary issues continue to explore,in theory and in practice formed with Chinese characteristics remuneration institutional mechanisms,but in social transformation,enterprise restructuring process,private enterprises in building incentive pay system shortcomings and deficiencies in the theory and practice,resulting in private enterprises remuneration configuration unreasonable,unfair,leading staff underpowered,inefficient enterprises,less competitive,not strong development potential,and even cause the collapse of private enterprises.Therefore,the study of private enterprises pay incentives both theoretical issues and innovative value also has practical significance.
