一、 准备工作
1.准备两条载重超过机头重量2倍的软体吊装带，平铺于地面上，将机头缓慢滚动至吊装带上，两端挂在吊车勾上准备起吊。严禁将吊装带从机头内穿过，以免起吊时将机头牵拉变形
2.清洗机头主轴孔和成型机主轴上的灰尘，上少许润滑油，使安装顺畅。
二、安装
1 将连接套装在成型机主轴上
2吊起机头，使轴孔与主轴对接，旋转主轴，使主轴上的键条与机头上的键槽在一条水平线上
3借助吊车之力，一人操作吊车，两人平推机头，使之与主轴上的连接套相连接。如推入费劲，可操作吊车，使成型机主轴与机头平行，严禁用重物撞击机头，以免机头变形，影响机头使用寿命
4确认装机后，放下吊车，紧固机头，装机完成
5卸机头按反向操作
