How to Become an Eligible Worker in International Department

I have been here for about two months. I can feel that in this International Department, everyone is working very hard everyday. Through these days, I think, I have a good command of the job in the international department, Now I will illustrate how can I become an excellent member.

First of all, my four years professional knowledge of English help me get this job which I really like. I have got the translation skills, the skills of English to Chinese and the skills of Chinese to English. Though I do not have much experience in translation, I still believe these translational rules can do me a favour.

What’s more, these two months ’experience, I think, I have put my translation skills into practice, and I can feel the effect of it is great.

And the company culture has attracted me, I feel the working environment of the company is friendly. There is no intrigue against each other. Everyone seems to know deeply what they are here for. Everyone knows what they really do is to help more and more patients to go out of their misery the kidney disease

brings and live a better life. I like the atmosphere, we are like a big family in which we are all treated as brothers and sisters .I can use this special relationship to improve myself, asking old members, learning from them.

Last but not least, I love translation. I can indulge in it with my whole heart. Every time when I finish a translation work, I have the feeling of achievement .I think that is very important .Only if you can enjoy it, can you have a good performance of it .That is the reason why I choose this job.

However, I really know it is far from enough to know some knowledge of English. We also need enough medical knowledge. So, during my spare time, I often search the medical Internet and read medical books to become more professional.

I also know the basic knowledge of the medical and English knowledge I have grasped are far from enough to be a good worker here. I have to learn how to communicate with the patients, to learn different countries culture and learn to think in the patients’ shoes. Everything seems to be easy, but actually they are very hard to put into practice. I will learn these skills from everyone in this department. I will overcome my scare in my heart.

No pain, no gain. I will spare no effort to the work. I believe that
