I used to go fishing in Vancouver,my home ,with my dad

nutil just a few years ago we found the fish full of cancers. 我们每天都听到动物和植物

And now we hear about animals and plants

going extinct every day - vanishing forever.

All this is happening before our eyes and yet we act

five billion strong, in fact ,30million species strong

and borders and governments will never change that

In my country,we make so much waste.

Two days ago here in Brazil,we were shocked

I can't stop thinking that these are children my own age,

that it makes a tremendous difference where you are born

I could be a child starving in Somalia;

you teach us how to behave in the world.

You teach us: not to fight with others,

to work things out,to respect others,

to clean up our mess, not to hurt other creatures,

to share not be greedy

dying across this planet because they have mowhere left to go.

I am afraid to go out in the sun now

because of the holes in the ozone.

I am afraid to breathe the air

because I don't know what chemicals are in it.

过去交经常和爸爸一起去温哥华钓鱼

I used to go fishing in Vancouver,my home ,with my dad

直到几年前，我们发现鱼得了癌症

nutil just a few years ago we found the fish full of cancers.

我们每天都听到动物和植物

And now we hear about animals and plants

灭绝的消息——它们永远消失了

going extinct every day - vanishing forever.

我曾经有一个梦想，希望能够看到野生动物成群结队

In my life, I have dreamt of seeing the great herds of wild animals. 雨林中鸟儿和蝴蝶翩翩飞翔

jungles and rainforests full of birds and butterflies.

但现在我怀疑我们的孩子未来还能不能看到它们

but now I wonder if they will even exist for my children to see. 你们在我这个年纪时，是否担心过同样的问题呢？

Did you have to worry about these little things when you were my age? 所有的这些问题都发生在我们眼前

All this is happening before our eyes and yet we act

我们也似乎一直在努力去寻找解决方法

as if we have all the time we want and all the solutions

I'm only a child and I don't have all the solutions

You don't know how to fix the holes in our ozone layer

You don't know how to bring salmon back up a dead stream 你们不知道如何才能让绝种的动物复活

You don't know how to bring back an animal now extinct

你们也不能把现在是沙漠的地方

And you can't bring back the forests

变回茂密的森林

that once grew where there is now desert

如果你们不知道如何修复，至少也请停止继续破坏！

If you don't know how to fix it, please stop breait!

在座的各位大人们中有政府官员

here,you may be delegates of your governments,

商业精英，团体人士，记者和政治家

business people,organizers,reporters or politicians

但同时你们也是孩子的母亲、父亲、姐姐、哥哥

gut really you are mothers and fathers,sisters and brothers,

叔叔伯伯，婶婶阿姨——你们也都曾为人子女

aunts and uncles _and all of you are someone's child

我只是一个孩子，我知道我们都属于一个大家庭

I'm only a child yet I know we are all part of a family. 有着50亿人口，三千万中生物的大家庭

five billion strong, in fact ,30million species strong

国界和政府并不能把我们分隔开

and borders and governments will never change that

In my anger, I am not blind, and in my fear

In my country,we make so much waste.

In Canada, we live the privileged life.

with plenty of food, water and shelter

The list could go on for two days.

Two days ago here in Brazil,we were shocked

This is what one child told us:

“I wish I was rich

and if I were, I would give all the street children

If a child on the street who has nothing, is willing to share, 那么为什么拥有一切而定我们却如此吝啬？

why are we who have everything still so greedy?

I can't stop thin that these are children my own age,

that I could be one of those children living in the Favellas of Rio; 我也可能是索马里的饥饿儿童

I could be a child starving in Somalia;

在学校里，甚至从幼儿园开始

At school,even in

你们大人就开始教导我们必须遵守的原则

you teach us how to behave in the world.

你们说，不要互相打斗

You teach us: not to fight with others,

团结合作，互相尊重

to work things out,to respect others,

自己的东西自己收拾，不要伤害其他生物

to clean up our mess, not to hurt other creatures,

学会分享，不要贪得无厌

to share not be greedy

那么为什么你们自己愿遵守这一切呢？

篇五：女孩12岁

女孩十二岁

课题来源：

那天，上课间操时，我看见几个女孩偷偷地躲在走廊的尽头，我走过去询问，她们的脸马上红到了耳根，只有一个女孩怯生生的说：“我??我们几个都有来了??，不愿意上操，又不想被别人发现，所以??”我恍然大悟：看来，刚进入青春期的女孩还对眼前的事感到手足无措，她们需要我正确的引导，解开她们心头的羞涩和困惑。所以，我专门面对五年级的女孩设计了这节心理健康辅导课——《女孩十二岁》。

教学目标：

1．本课的学习，让女孩了解：女生走进青春期的重要生理特征，即乳房隆起，月经来潮。荡涤她们心中的羞涩。

2．帮助女孩学会青春期的卫生保健常识，并运用到实际生活中。解开她们心中的忧虑。

3．帮助她们排解青春的烦恼，学会与同学正常交往和自我保护。

教学准备：

1．课前通过与五年级的女孩的交流和勾通，了解她们心中的苦恼并选取一些共性的问题作为本课的要点。

2．收集相关资料制作课件。

教学环节：

十二岁的女孩是敏感的，她们心中总是荡漾着各种思绪：或甜美、或忧伤、或高亢、或低婉。为了能和这些女孩自然、亲切的交流，为了能在轻松、平等的氛围中解决心理问题，我设计了以下4个主要环节：（一）花季丝雨 （二）低语轻述 （三）友情支招 （四）心海导航

（一） 花季丝雨

女孩的心里总会有一些解不开又说不出的心结，就像花季里斑斑驳驳的雨点 。这个环节我借一首小诗导入，在柔美、细腻的情感中让女孩受到感染，愿意向我向伙伴们敞开心扉。

女孩十二岁

十二岁的太阳如往常一样升起，

光晕中带着幸福的美丽，

光滑的肌肤，窈窕的身躯

是上天赋予我的奇迹。

十二岁的月牙弯弯的挂在天际，

薄纱下藏着我羞涩的甜蜜，

琼瑶的小说，席慕蓉的诗集

幻想着童话里最浪漫的结局

十二岁的星星撒在空中依依稀稀，

它眨着眼对我倾述心中的秘密，

青春的困惑，成长的疑虑

不停地在心中泛起涟漪。

十二岁的女孩是羞涩、是困惑、更是美丽

她像鲜花只盛开一季，

把握年轻的时光，抛开烦恼和顾虑

幸福和快乐永远伴随着你！

（二） 低语轻述

这一环节主要让女孩们述说成长中遇到的烦恼和困惑。我想分成两个层次进行： a、我健康我快乐：在这里我想先念一封女孩的来信：一到来月经的那几天，我就十分紧张。我会感到肚子特别疼，什么活动也不想参加。可每当老师问我为什么不上体育课时，我又羞于启齿……你们能帮帮我吗？这封信一定会引起同龄女孩的共鸣，接下来请她们倾述心声，在女孩们述说后，我做以总结：（出示课件）

经期遇到哪些难题

1、来月经了，还能上体育课吗？

2、用什么办法能治疗痛经？

3、怎样保持经期的清洁？

4、 女孩子应选择什么样的卫生用品？

女孩心思：细腻敏感的女孩子在这个时期总有几许心事：她们会在意男孩儿的一个眼神，会嫉妒漂亮女孩会说话的眼睛，会因一张纸条而彻夜难眠。只有解开这个心结，才能让她们在今后的人生路上走得更稳更好。

小故事：“小白和小天是要好的朋友，他们从一年级开始就是同桌，五年来从来没发生争吵。这天，同往常一样，他们一起回家。路上小白不小心扭伤了脚，小天就一路搀扶着她走，不巧被多事的宁宁看见了，第二天班级里就多了一条“花边新闻”……在那以后，小白和小天就再也没说过话。”你们班有这种情况吗？说说和同学交往的过程中你遇到了哪些疑惑。讨论后，教师总结（出示课件）

成长的烦恼：

1、 我是大姑娘了，是不是就得和男孩儿保持距离？

2、 班上的同学都说我和×ד好”，我该怎么办？

（三） 友情支招

既然了解了她们心中的困惑就应对症下药，帮她们解决问题。这一环节又分设两个层次：

A经验共享：女孩们的疑虑女孩办，先请她们畅所欲言，说说自己遇到以上问题的好办法。

更重要的是教师的指导：作为她们的心理老师和她们的朋友，我讲述自己经历，这样更容易获得孩子的信赖：我也曾拥有花一般的年华，我也曾有过和你一样的烦恼和困惑，不妨听我给你支几招，或许我能为你扫去心中的阴霾，送你一片灿烂的阳光。

1、 月经了，还能上体育课吗？只要不做剧烈运动是能上体育课提。不能游泳。

2、 什么办法能治疗痛经？用热水袋敷一敷，能缓解疼痛。严重的话要去医院就医。

3、 怎样保持经期的清洁？常清洗内衣内裤，睡前用温水清洗下身。经期不到公共浴

池洗浴。

4、 女孩子应选择什么样的卫生用品？不穿过紧的衣裤，最好穿纯棉的内衣，选用正

规厂家生产的卫生纸和卫生巾。

B设身处地：随着年龄的增长，女孩们逐渐接触外面的世界。而社会的错综复杂又常常给她们带来危险，学会自我保护是现代女孩的必修课。小故事：清清是个美丽、大方的女孩，也许是她发育的早些，所以看起来比同龄孩子要成熟。那天，她乘公车去妈妈的单位。在车上，一个相貌猥琐的男人挤在她身边，顾意将胳膊压在了她的

胸部上。清清的脸一下子红了。她又羞又怕……如果你是清清你想怎么办？

先引导学生小组讨论，集思广益，想想对付色郎的妙招，再由教师对上述办法做以总结（课件出示）：

1、巧妙回避，躲藏他人身后。

2、假装遇到熟人，与之攀谈，吓走对方。

3、 厉声喝叱，发动群众的力量将其轰下公车。

总之，面对这种情况，一定要反抗，不能让胆怯成为坏人的可乘之机。

（四）心海导航

这个环节我设计了7个小题，让学生说说是否同意这些说法。（出示课件）

1、11—12岁之前，男女真的“两小无猜”，对性的差别尚未明确体会。

2、妈妈说我12岁就来月经了，这太早了，是身体不正常。

3、来月经时不能参加剧烈的运动，所以不能跑800米。

4、我长大了，应该和男孩保持距离，我提出换个女同桌。

5、11—12岁男女开始发育，朋明显的性特征区分。

6、我各几个伙伴很要好，其中也有几个男孩，我们互相学习、互相鼓励，这种交往应该继续下去。

7、公车上有个男人顾意把手放在我的臀部上，我对他大声说：“拿开你的手！”

这节课我努力帮助女孩了解自己成长的过程，认识青春期女孩生理发生的变化，使她们能正确面对刚刚步入青春期面临的种种。扫清忧虑和烦恼，展现她们身上特有的青春风采，把她们塑造成一群快乐的阳光女孩！
