在辅导小孩写作过程中,我紧紧围绕提高小孩的写作兴趣为根本出发点来安排写作活动。我们应该明白,小学生写作文的性质是基本上练笔,是习作,而不是搞创作,不是一件浩大的让人望而生畏工程。因此,不能让小孩觉得写作文并非枯燥乏味,而是一件赏心乐事。在暑假期间,我重视激发小孩的写作兴趣,努力做到变“要我写”为“我要写”。我要求小孩每天通过一句话或一个词记录一些具体事物,接着我再讲评,充分肯定他们记录的意义。比如,我让他们看天上的云,只看云,除云之外的任何东西都不理。他们观察之后所记录下来是:“云,像盛开的棉花”;“云是被咬过的棉花糖”。有些学生觉得无话可写,我就引导他们分别以时间、地点、人物等开头写一句话。如以时间开头的话:“今天,我参加了暑假辅导班的学习。今天下午,我要到外婆家去摘菠萝蜜。9月10日是教师节。”以地点开头的话:“在教室里,坐着30位同学。在家里,妈妈最爱我。树上,小鸟在歌唱。”以人物开头的句子:“小丽是我最要好的朋友。老师,您好!爸爸,快点接我回家。”可见,写几句话并不难,小朋友写的多好,多么贴近生活。

我想,写作的自信心和热情应该就是这样培养出来的吧。

在辅导小孩的写作过程中,我始终坚持要想写好作文就必须多读好文章的思路,让孩子明白写作能力的根本是阅读能力,阅读是写作的基础,只有大量地阅读,就能开阔孩子的视野,从而做到举一反三。比如,我让孩子每天读一篇《十万个为什么》和《一千零一夜》里面的故事。然后写读书笔记,做到以读促写。孩子读得开心,写得用心,往往能记住故事里面的一些好词句并运用出来。孩子读了好多篇文章,就大大丰富了知识,提高了认识,增加了文化和语言积累。

在辅导小孩的写作过程中,我始终注意要求他们下功夫去观察身边的任何事物。尤其是在暑假这段充裕时间内,更是如此。我认为,写作一定要言之有物,要有内容,而作文内容大都

来源于生活,需要通过仔细观察才能发现,主要分四步。第一步是培养孩子细致观察的能力。小孩精细观察的能力一般都不强,所以一定要悉心培养。比如,每天我都在桌上放一片树叶,让孩子观察五分钟,然后把观察到的东西写下来。之后,再观察五分钟,写下再次观察后所发现的不同的东西。每天变换不同的观察对象。十多天下来,小孩居然可以做到潜意识里仔细观察身边的任何事物,任何时候对眼里的东西都好像要“入木三分”地观察个透。第二步是培养孩子按照一定顺序观察事物的能力。在小孩的眼里,一件东西就是一件东西,不管从什么角度看都无所谓。因此,培养小孩的逻辑思维能力尤为重要,让他们明白,观察事物需要从上到下、从里到外、从左到右等等不同方位入手,不同的方式会有不同的描绘结果。比如,我让小孩观察一片树叶从上到下、从里到外、由实到虚、由点到面分别具有什么特点。掌握了这种方法,孩子观察事物的兴致非常高,走在大街上也要试一试,逻辑思维能力有了一定增长。第三步,是培养小孩抓住特点观察事物的能力。在这点上,我所提出的方法是要求孩子不假思索地说出所看到事件的最基本特征,然后再观察不明显的其它特征。比如,我让他们观察树叶,第一眼观察的最基本特征结果是绿色,第二次观察的特征结果是清香,第三次观察的特征结果是扇形,第四次观察的特征结果是网状经络。以此类推,半个月下来,小孩对事物特征的观察能力大幅提高。第四步,要让他们对身边的事物随时保持一种新鲜感,让他们从熟悉的事物中发现新的吸引点。比如,每天都要路过龙塘墟,已经见惯不惊,但我让他们观察街道上的铺店、街坊、货物、菜市场以及街上来来往往的各式各样的人。

有了观察之后获得的内容,那么就要组织材料如何写成文章。我让小孩明白,即使有了内容,要想写好作文,还要靠精心地安排、组织材料,哪些先写,哪些后写,哪些详写,哪些略写,哪里要平铺直叙,哪里要画龙点睛,只有做到心中有数,才能写成好文章,而不是心里一团糟,想到哪里写哪里,想怎么写就怎么写。比如,我辅导他们写《树叶》,指出要先写整体,后写局部;先写表面,后写内在;先写事实,再写感想。通过这种练习,半个月下来,他们对于所描写的事物大致可以做到有条不紊,逻辑清楚。经过十多天的努力,孩子们学会了观察、思考,学会了看到什么就能写出来。在我的悉心指导下,孩子们写出了自己熟悉的东西,如:《美丽的大榕树》、《龙塘桥风光》、《摘坡梅》、《龙塘的菜市场》《迎新娘》等令人耳目一新的作文。

在辅导小孩的写作过程中,我始终坚持要求孩子想到什么就写什么,只要顺序不错,想用什么文字表述就用什么文字,反正就是要把握“真实”二字。我们都知道,孩子有孩子自己的语言,他们不会从成人的角度去选择语言、避讳忌语。他们的喜、怒、哀、乐会毫不掩饰地写在纸上。比如,在暑假里,孩子写道“我一脚踩在水坑里,脚指头好凉快”,“反正我不想起床,我就是想睡懒觉”。从这些,我可以清楚地感受到孩子的纯真。我不能纠正他们不能写“脚指头”而应写“脚趾”,不能消灭他们想睡懒觉的想法,有想法是没错的,我们纠正的是生活习惯而不是封杀孩子天真的思想。半个月下来,虽然孩子写了一些并不优美的语句或文章,但我都强调他们说真话,写真事,最终落脚点在要做一个敢作敢为的诚实孩子。 孩子就是孩子,孩子有孩子自己的世界,孩子有孩子自己的语言,孩子有孩子对待问题的看法。孩子眼中的世界是成人无法看到的,是别样的五彩缤纷。因此,利用好暑假辅导小孩写作文,是一个时间充裕、机会多多、收效明显的好策略,可在很大程度上消除或减轻个别孩子厌倦写作的情绪,也可以降低孩子提笔忘字的可能性。

之后,我收集了孩子们的习作,经过修改,把它们办成一张名为《丑小鸭》的小报。发小报的那一天,孩子们高兴极了,个个喜不自胜,争相传阅。这毕竟是自己的“作品”啊!从此,孩子们写作的劲头更足了,他们喜欢上了写作文。 上六年级之后,这批学生都编入实验班,虽然功课繁重,但对写作的的兴趣更高了。后来,这个班的大多同学考上了重点中学,是历届实验班中最好的一个班。
