Happiness

Happiness is the most precious thing in the world, which can be gotten in different ways. In my opinion, if someone who wants to be happy, it is necessary for everyone to be in a good mood(情绪). There is an old saying going like this, "happy is he who is content.(知足常乐)" I can't agree with it any more(我非常赞同).I still remember a story my mother told me when I was a child. A millionaire tried every means to seek after happiness but feel unhappy. However , a poor man who has nothing but some friends always felt happy. Why are they so different? Maybe the answer is that "happy is he who is content.(知足常乐)".

What’s more(此外), love makes great difference to happiness. If you have love in your heart, you will have happiness in your life. Love is made up of two parts, one is to love others, and the other is to be loved by others. Helping others can make you happy . At the same time, being loved by others can also lead you to happiness. And always putting on a happy face is helpful, I think . In short, happiness is precious, it is easy to get.

What Is Happiness?

I often think about this question. If I say what is happiness? some people will laugh at me. They think it is an easy question.

I often ask them, “what is happiness?” Some of them say to me, “You’re foolish.” The answer is to have a lot of money. When I hear this answer, I will frustrated. Maybe there are many millionaires like Bill Gates in the world now, but are they happy? I don’t think they are happy. If they want to be another Bill Gates, they must spend more time at their jobs and take less care of their families or the other things. In this case, I don’t think they have a happy life.

In a word, if you want to be a person with a lot of happiness, then try to be like this: first , be a kind, helpful and friendly person; Second, be a person with a lot of smiles.
