年夜饭

光阴似箭，日月如梭。转瞬之间，一年又过去了，新年如期而至。每岁新年，亦都是家家户户相聚团园的时候，常年在外难以回家的子女都会借此机会回家看看年迈的父母，一起回忆以前，一起聊聊新的一年。当然也少不了一顿有年味的团团圆圆的年夜饭。

往年我和父母都是回老家过年，可今年我却提议在西安过年，而父母也欣然答应了，年前便把在老家的爷爷奶奶接来了西安。在记忆中，我并没有见到过西安的年，便也很期待。在除夕的前几天，我家便早早开始预备今年的年夜饭了。

盼来盼去，终于到了大年三十了，前几天准备年货忙忙碌碌，就只为这个新年。

从这天一早我们便开始准备饭菜了。

首先，我们先要包饺子。吃饺子是我国自古以来过年的传统习俗，我们家每年都会吃。但今年却是我第一次动手包饺子，不免会有一些低级的错误，而妈妈却手把手的教我包，她一边教我一边给我示范。“饺子皮要包厚一点，要不会破掉的”“饺子要这样包，你那样不对”“饺子要包好看点，这样包不是更好看嘛”妈妈的叮嘱一直在我耳边传荡。在我们不断的努力下，最终终于包好了，那一个个大大的饺子显得十分诱人。

接下来，我们便开始准备肉菜和素菜了。我们做了好多好多道菜，有红烧肉、排骨、菜汤鱼等等的肉菜，还有凉拌金针菇、烧豆腐等素菜，十分丰富。让我最难忘的一道菜便是妈妈做的香辣虾了。我看着

妈妈一步一步的做，一边看一边学，最后香辣虾做好了，我也学会了不少，刚一出锅，香气便扑面而来，真香啊！

转眼间就到了傍晚，我的舅舅姑姑他们也都来了，什么东西都已经准备好了，我们便开始围坐在大桌前，开始品尝这团圆的味道。这天晚上的饭菜虽很普通，但我尝起来却是一种别样的味道，是一种幸福的滋味，让人很难忘。这一天，我不只吃到了美味的佳肴，更学到了许多许多......转眼间，又是一岁荣枯。
