Second, studying abroad means you have to live far away from home, and you have to take care of everything yourself. In China, maybe you can focus on your study more than you do abroad. Furthermore, languages are likely different too. You might have to learn the knowledge in a different language abroad, which means you have to learn much more. However, learning the language wouldn't be a problem if you live in that country, and to understand what the teachers are saying should not be that difficult.
As a conclusion, studying in China and broad have something in common, but still they are totally different.
