这是因为你启动了其它的WEB服务器（如IIS）,或者其它应用程序占用了80端口（例如迅雷）,APACHE无法在80端口工作,你可以修改httpd.conf让apache使用别的端口.
也可以用NETSTAT -ANO命令找到使用80端口的程序PID,然后按CTRL+ALT+DEL结束相应的进程（需要选择显示列PID）.
