这句话不符合通常的习惯,有一定语感的人都会觉得读起来特别别留.而且 saying 后也不应该有 about,因为 say 后通常都是直接接要说的话的内容,多数为从句!如：I said there was a football on the desk.（我刚才说这个桌子上有个足球）.
我们通常的习惯是：
What are you talking about
What do you say
这两个问句的回答都可以用上面的带从句例子回答!

一般我们说：
What are you talking about?
译过来就是：“你在说些什么？！”注意这里面有责备和质问的口气。

不对，不应该有about。如果是talk才会有about

what are you talking about?要正宗些，你那句也没错，但不自然。非要说saying就不要加about.

如果是“你在说什么”的话，应该是What are you talking about?
say后面跟说的具体内容。
eg.
The doctor said she would be all right in a few days.
医生说她过几天就会好的。
