我认为是C错了.
首先,A:asked 一般过去时,表示我们问的这个动作是发生在过去,所以没有错.
然后,B:crying 非谓语,ing形式表示动作正在进行的状态,表示正在哭泣的女孩,所以也没有错.
其次,C:had lived ,表示过去完成时,是过去的过去,看似没错,但是结合句意,没有问她过去的过去住在哪里,如果是的话,她就不用哭了,记不起以前的以前住哪里也没关系,用不着哭.而如果用一般过去时则表示她现在住在哪里,正因为记不起现在的住址,找不到回家的路所以才哭.本应该用现在时,可是主句是We asked ,是一般过去式,所以也要相应的改为过去式.
最后,D:didn't,表示一般过去时,因为主句用了said,所以从句也就相应的用一般过去式就可以,表示当时的状态.

C是错的，因为他一直住在那里不能用过完，用还是现完
