第一个不好说啊,with一般是表伴随的,这里就是说“你生日收到的所用礼物,你觉得哪个最有价值?”with的话,有点。。。怎么说呢,如果后半句是说用这些礼物干什么,才会用with,比如说:With some bags I go shopping(我带着些袋子去逛街)
第二个,which是指factory,那么从句就是说:around the factory were high mountains,之所以用复数,是因为“高山”是复数,就好像“There are some books”,不是说工厂是山,而是是说围绕着工厂的是山,山是中心语,谓语动词以山定
