g′(r)=[ r/√（r^2+1)] ′={ r′√（r^2+1) －r [√（r^2+1)] ′}/[√（r^2+1)] ²
={√（r^2+1) －r [1/2×2 r]}/ （r^2+1)=[ √（r^2+1) －r ²]/（r^2+1)
