本报讯 (记者易方兴饶沛 实习生 张晗)昨日14时30分，传媒大学梆子井学生公寓前人行道，十余“蓝衬衫”拦住一摩的司机，盘算没收摩的。摩的司机称在“气头上”点燃了车上煤气罐，将车焚毁。其脸部、前臂、小腿烧伤。

昨天，向阳当地政府、城管、交管等部分均否认与“蓝衬衫”有关。

车着火后扣车者分开

“以前我在四周拉活儿，昨天要往家里送煤气罐。”摩的司机郭先生称，昨天14时30分，他开摩的经由学生公寓门口，两辆白色面包车高低来了十多少个穿蓝衬衫的人要收他的车。其中一“蓝衬衫”将一木棍插入摩的前轮内，使车无奈前行。

事发现场一名绿化工称，双方互有推搡，还提到了“烧车”。

“我说宁肯烧车也不交车……我在气头上，车上正好有个煤气罐，就点了。”郭先生说。

一网友发帖并配发照片称，当时，恼怒的车主拧开座位旁煤气罐，取出打火机。四周的人(指“蓝衬衫”)却说，你点啊,chanel watches prices。

一店铺老板称，摩的熄灭时，车主还在驾驶室内。“一穿蓝衬衫的人，将司机拖出摩的，其余人则钻上面包车，离开了现场。”

据知情人流露，郭先生因黑摩的扰序，妨害交警执法，曾屡次被警方行政扣押。

扣车者身份不明

昨日，当地三间房乡城管负责人称，事发时，城管队员正在单位开会，该事件与其执法无关。

当地乡政府也表示，“不明白收车人是哪个单位的”。

当地双桥交通队的值班民警表示，事发时，“队里不派人去查车”。

三间房派出所称，摩的司机郭某自称有残疾证，但残疾证实在摩的焚烧中已被烧坏。郭称车起火前，曾与三间房地域城管产生争执，才点燃车内煤气罐。然而，警方在事发现场未发明有城管队员。

事后，郭先生被送去医院医治。医护职员表现，郭先生头部、两只前臂、两条小腿为二度烧伤，郭先生支付了医药费。

在病院为郭先生做笔录的一位民警称，警方正考察此事，暂无明白调查成果。
