\x05针对商业银行客户流失的挽回,必须要先了解商业银行当前的经验管理之下,各项业务的客户类型和特色,运用银行自身的客户资料系统进行流失客户的识别.然后挖掘各类客户流失的原因,以及各流失客户的类型特点,寻找突破点.根据各有特色的流失客户进行进行较有针对性的地,进行流失客户的分类挽回.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the competition between commercial banks is fierce and complicated, so retaining the customers is priority for bank management system now. Under this condition, commercial banks are supposed to figure out how to recover lost customers in order to grab more business space and maintain sustainable growth.
On recovering lost customers, firstly it is necessary to review current management model, classify clients based on business services, and identify lost customers according to the bank database. Then, managers should delve into customer churn and categorize lost clients in an attempt to built an efficient and organized way to recover lost customers.
