当热风指示灯亮时,电子温控仪开始显示炉内温度,当温度上升到温控仪上的设定值后,加热器自动停止加热,（燃烧机停止工作）当炉内温度低于设定值时,加热器又会自动开启对烘炉进行再度加热,如此循环,把温度恒定在设定值.具体的烘烤温度由烤焙的食品来决定.
