I do believe that communication skills are important for a successful personal,social and working life.In the film ‘’Baby’’,four babies apply different actions to communicate with their parents,they express their feelings by actions in order to get their parents’ attentions.
A baby’s communication skill is different from grownups like us,a baby can only apply actions to communicate,but we can use different types of languages,for example,we may use body language to communicate with others.However,in order to achieve personal success,it’s very important to have good communication skills to talk and socialize with others so as to build good relationships with them.
In the DVD ’’Baby’’ ,it shows us a lot about babies’ behaviors and reactions in their daily lives.The four babies are from different parts of the world,they all have different behaviors which reflect their varied aspects of culture and tradition.For example,the U.S.and Japanese babies represent the modern,urbanized and educated aspects of develoed countries.As for the Mongolian and Namibian babies,they both represent the aspect of nomadic herding cultures.The four baby cases all have similar stages of development,they learn to crawl,walk and talk,but they all have different responses in their growth..
After watching the film,I think it’s very important to provide a good environment for our children.As we can see,in the film,the Namibian babies crawl and frolic in the dirt,putting whatever they can find into their mouths which are very unhealthy and unsanitary..Also,they don’t have a good environment to learn knowledge; they learn only from their mothers,no teachers or educators are available to help them,because they live in a village which is faraway from the city,and they have no money to move to the city.So it’s very important to provide good resources and good learning environment for children to learn and play during their growing up.There is something we can learn from the film,we can find special ways to help babies learn and grow,may it be in a hot tub or in a water trough for goats.

film ‘’Baby’’, four babies communicate with their parents by different actions. They express their emotion to catch their parents’ attention.
Baby’s communication is different from us. They can communicate with us only thought action, while we can use different type of languages. For example, we may
use body language to communicate with others. However no matter what, for a
successful person, it’s very important to have good communication skills to build a good relationship with others.
The DVD’’Baby’’ shows us a lot about babies’ daily life and reactions. The four babies from different
parts of the world, have different reaction, and it reflected the aspects of their culture and tradition that had been revealed. For example, the American and Japanese cases represent the modern, urbanized and educated. And the Mongolian and Namibian cases are both reflected nomadic herding cultures, leaving foraging and farming subsistence types .In the film, the babies of four cases have similar stages of development, they learn to crawl, walk and talk, and they are all responding in a different way to growing up .
After the film, for me, I think it’s very important to provide a good environment for our children. As we can see, in the film, the Namibian children crawl in the dirt and eat whatever they find, and that’s very unhealthy and unsanitary. Also, they don’t have a good environment to study; they learn everything from their mothers, no teacher or educator, just because they lived in a village which is far away from city, and they have no money for education. So it’s very important to provide good resorce and good learning environment for children to learn and
play. There is something we can learn from the film, we can find a specific way to help baby keep growing and learning, whether in a hot tub or in a bowl that a goat uses as drink water.
