With the population increase, it is more and more noticeable that those factors including nature resource and environment is prevent the population from growing continously. If the population growth rate could be regarded as a constant when the population is relatively small. Contrastly, when the population reaches a certain number, the growth rate will reduce with the subsequent population increase. The facts of many nations about population increase perfectly proved this.
With a purpose of surviving as well as human civilation advancement, naturely effective ways will taken to control the population growth, resulting to the drop in growth rate. Furthermore, the available nature resource and environment factors also significantly limit the miximum number of population. It leads to the birth of new mathematical model which fits the new rules of population change to some extent.
