Among all the meals that we always have in our daily life, my most favorite is dumpling.
It is a tradition that have dumpling on the first day of the new year in china.In the past time,the chinese are so poor that they can't eat it when they want.So dumpling is a symbolize for rich in china.And dumpling is always in the espection. But now,all the people are rich,and when they want they can.Dumpling is no more the meal only for the new year.And many ways can make dumpling.
If you want to make,first of all,you must have enough flour,now people like meat so much,but I don't think it is good for the health,so I perfer make some vegetable in the dumpling,for example leek、cabbage、celery and so on.You must cut up all the meat and vegetable,then make the flour wrap those.NOw what you should do is boil the water.When the water is boiling,make the dumpling in the water.After probably 10 minutes,you can taste!
In my opinion ,the word always beyond my admire to dumpling.And I don't think any word can describ the taste of dumpling!
