everyone has his own weakness
you have something you want to do:be glib and be able to go on well with others
however, when you are willing to be like this and solve this problem, you hate it because this kind of feeling is deep in your heart.
this is what we call a difficulty and it's also why it's so hard to solve it.
so just be yourself and work hard.
it is difficult but there is no shoutcut in solving it.
