My family makes the best chicken salad. Dad prepares (准备) all of the ingredients(原料) and mom makes the relish(调味品). There are a few things that make this chicken salad different from the other chicken salads. First, we use fruit jam (果酱) in the relish. You can buy any fruit jam, like banana jam or orange jam. But we have bottles of strawberry jam that my mother made, so we use the strawberry jam. Second, we put some green olives (橄榄). Green olives give the salad an interesting taste and make a big difference. Now let me tell you how my family makes the salad. First mix up all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. 当这次的考试结束之后,自己的内心久久不能平静,总觉得有些遗憾,看到学生的成绩,总觉得不理想,离自己的期望还很远。

看到试卷后,很多本来很简单的题目,总认为学生不会错;可是偏偏就错了,导致有好多的学生成绩不是很高。有的学生把数都抄、算错了,都七年级的学生,还出现这样的简单低级错误太不应该了,有的已经做过的讲过的题目,可是学生还是错了。考试结束后,通过调查学生情况发现四班的学生粗心大意的毛病比三班严重,会做而失分的题目分值高达200分左右。三班的两名中游学生因病不能参加考试,导致三班平均分严重降低。总之还是找找各方面的原因吧!自己在平时的教学方面还有很大的失误,还有很多需要改进的地方。

我们知道培优补差并不是课后的工作,而是课堂教学的主要内容,在现在的教学形式下,随着教学改革的不断深入,课堂教学正发生着实质性的变化,可以看出备课的重要性,只有准备充分,理清思路,熟透教材和大纲,在课上才能游刃有余。准备不充分,学生学的一知半解,这就出现典型的半生不熟的课堂,这是低效课堂,收效甚微,这一来就忙坏了学生,为什么呢?必须用课下时间去补充,并且忙得不可开交,老师还课下占用一定的时间来弥补过失,加班加点,这就体现了高效课堂的重要性,高效的课堂,学生学习轻松,理解透彻,我们用有限的时间,获得最大的收益。
